recipes - Sausage with brown rice

Ingredients:

• 1 Ib. Italian sausage or turkey
• 1 cup chopped onion
• 1 cup chopped green pepper
• 1 cup chopped celery
• 4 oz. can mushroom stems and pieces, drained
• 10 ¾ oz. Can cream of mushroom soup
• 2 cups of instant brown rice

Recommended Tools:

• Can Opener

Instructions:

Brown sausages or turkey in pan, and drain the cooking juices.
Sauté the chopped onions, celery and green pepper.
Pour in one cup of water and soup mix.
Add rice.
Cover and cook until rice is tender.
Then add additional ingredients according to the recipe.
